1. About these terms
HrxJobs is a Job Portal startup. By using HrxJobs — including by sending us your CV on WhatsApp or by email — you agree to these terms.
2. For candidates
- By sending your CV you agree that we may store it, build a profile from it, and show that profile to employers and recruitment agencies looking to fill roles.
- The information you give us must be true and your own. Do not send someone else's CV as your own.
- We never guarantee a job, an interview or a visa.
- HrxJobs does not charge candidates for registering or for being matched to jobs.
3. For employers and recruitment agencies
- Candidate data may be used only to fill genuine roles. It must not be resold, published, or used for marketing.
- Keep every user account to one named person. You are responsible for what your users do.
- Jobs you post must be real and lawful, and must not discriminate unlawfully.
- We may suspend an account that misuses the service or candidate data.
4. Our role
HrxJobs is a matching platform. We are not a party to any employment contract between a candidate and an employer, and we do not verify every statement in a CV or a job post.
5. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page, with the date above, is the one that applies.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai have jurisdiction.
